Last evening the Soref JCC held its 25th annual presentation of  the Humanitarian of the Year award.  The event was held via ZOOM and honored Marilyn & Michael Moskowitz, long-time supporters of the Soref JCC and esteemed leaders throughout our broader community.  Participants included Broward County Vice Mayor Michael Udine, Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony, Coral Springs Mayor Scott Brook and a host of other dignitaries who joined in honoring this well deserved couple.  Angelina Kennedy, an up and coming superstar, sang the National Anthem and inspired the audience with her magnificent performances of Hallelujah, My Fight Song, and Over the Rainbow.  This event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Soref JCC and supports the WECARE Food Pantry and Children's Scholarship Program.  Thank you to all of our sponsors and everyone else who participated in making this a very special and successful event.
