Afterschool Program

Convenient Transportation Pick-Up

JCC picks up children daily from Country Hills, Eagle Ridge, Park Trails, Heron Heights, Imagine Charter School and Riverglades Elementary Schools and brings them to our Heron Lakes Family Center in the Shoppes at Heron Lakes.  All of our vehicles are air-conditioned and seat-belted.

Heron Lakes Afterschool Registration Form

Children receive assistance with their homework, snack and participate in a daily enrichment such as playball, computers, art, kickboxing and Judaica. Their day is filled with activities such as cooking, science, physical education and more. When school is closed, we offer fun full day field trips for the children in our special mini camp programs. Mini camps are included for participants in our afterschool program for the days they are regularly enrolled during non-vacation periods.

School Days Off

We offer full day and half day mini camps when school is closed for children ages 18 months to 5th grade. The preschool children will be engaged with both fun and educational activities at the center. The elementary children will have field trips arranged specially for them.
