Management Staff
The Preschool Director has a Bachelor Degree in Speech, Arts & Communication and has an Advanced Level Director's Credential from the Florida Child Care and Education Program. Experience working with preschool children approximates 15 years.
Ongoing educational courses and childhood education conferences are part of the JCC management training initiative.Teaching Staff
Our high quality staff includes teachers, assistant teachers and specialists. All teachers hold a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Science Degree, an Associate of Arts Degree, or a Child Development Associate. Our teaching assistants range in education from Masters Degrees to Child Development Associates. The entire staff has taken the childcare training courses required by Broward County, as well as first aid and CPR. Staff members are required to attend continuing education classes throughout the school year and renew credentials every 5 years.
Background Screening
All staff members have undergone a level II background screening that includes an FBI and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement review.
