2023 Humanitarian of the Year Gala

Purchase raffle tickets for the specific packages that you would like to win. After you have reviewed the detailed list of prize packages, you may purchase tickets for $10 each, 12 tickets for $100, or 30 tickets for $200 with the exception of the Grand Finale 75" TV whereby each ticket is $20. Simply let us know at the bottom of the form below how many tickets you want us to place in your selected prize packages (ie. 4 in box 12, 2 in box 24, 2 Grand Finale). It's that easy! You don't have to be present at the event to win. If your ticket wins a package, we will contact you on Monday May 8th to arrange pick-up. Place the number of tickets you are purchasing in the applicable box. Please make sure you put the corresponding dollar amount in the "Total Amount to be Charged" box.
