The Not Your Average Theater Group proudly presents the world premiere workshop production of THAT'S MY MOTHER, the musical for anyone who's loved a mother, a child, or a best friend.  This hilarious and heartfelt musical comedy will have four performances in Soref Hall on May 2 and May 9 at 2 PM and 7:30 PM.  Filled with heartwarming and humorous songs by the award-winning songwriting team of lyricist Mitchell Uscher and composer Roy Singer, who created last season's smash show ONE SUMMER IN BROOKLYN as well as the hit musical MAMALEH.  For more details, click the headline.

The Soref JCC will proudly honor Alligator Ron Bergeron as its 2026 Humanitarian of the Year on May 17, 2026.   The western themed event will take place at the Bergeron Green Glades Ranch in Weston and will have some great BBQ and live country music.  Alligator Ron has been a long-standing, ardent supporter in protecting the Everglades and our natural environment. He believes strongly in philanthropy and has contributed to over 4,000 charitable causes throughout his 50 years in business.
